Production Operator - Coating

Operate and maintain coating/manufacturing equipment while performing quality inspections before shipment to ensure customer specifications and internal standards are met. Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for critical quality issues, using statistical process control (SPC) and quality tools to analyze production data and trends. Develop quality control plans for new processes, train and mentor employees, and follow safety procedures for hazardous materials and process improvements.
