Key Responsibilities

•Register and validate new motor claims promptly, accurately applying policy terms and conditions
•Investigate, negotiate, and settle claims within your authority limits to deliver fair and timely outcomes
•Manage a varied caseload, including identifying and handling potential fraud through evidence gathering and risk assessment
•Liaise with underwriters, suppliers, solicitors, and loss adjusters to ensure smooth claim resolution
•Maintain accurate reserves and process payments in line with company guidelines and regulatory standards
