Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and execute programs with focus on quality and deadlines across end-to-end product solution delivery.
  • •Drive completion of deliverables, incorporating customer quality feedback and meeting established deadlines.
  • •Create and maintain project management artifacts including schedules, resource forecasts, and risk/issue logs.
  • •Provide project status views, facilitate cross-team dependencies and communications, and coordinate escalations when needed.
  • •Collect and publish work performance data via dashboards and recurring status reports; identify mitigation actions for risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven program/project management experience delivering complex software programs in software development or engineering organizations.
  • •Solid program management knowledge with an ability to manage end-to-end ownership of solutions and deliver quality outcomes on schedule.
  • •Experience with Device Drivers, Firmware, Graphics technology, SOC product development, and customer-facing work.
  • •PMP certification required.
  • •Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering is desired.
