Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary contact for an assigned group of clients and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal partners.
  • •Coordinate client user setup and provide training for web-based payroll, custom reporting software, and service platforms.
  • •Facilitate proactive intervention for at-risk clients with internal teams, clients, and business consultants to support retention.
  • •Oversee and ensure timely, accurate payroll processing; review processed payrolls, resolve payroll errors, and analyze payroll problems.
  • •Monitor payroll specialists’ work for payroll accuracy and coordinate escalations and client tax notices toward resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma plus 2+ years of PEO, ASO, HCM, multistate experience or an equivalent combination of experience, skills, education, or job training.
  • •2-4 years of experience in customer service, payroll, HRIS, or a related PEO/ASO/HCM environment.
  • •Previous supervisory experience.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn additional applications.
