Job Summary

Own the end-to-end SAP data migration strategy and guide teams through extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) across the project lifecycle. Ensure traceability and integrity through mock loads, dry runs, and cut-over, while proactively managing risks and collaborating with IT and business stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or a comparable qualification.
•Minimum 5–10 years of SAP experience, including at least 3 years as a Data Migration Lead.
•Hands-on experience in at least two full-cycle SAP migration projects, preferably to S/4HANA.
•Strong knowledge of SAP data structures across modules such as MM, SD, FI, CO, PP, and HR.
•Proficiency with SAP migration tools including SAP BODS, SAP Migration Cockpit, and LSMW, plus good SQL/ETL and data modeling knowledge.
