Job Summary

Lead enterprise finance transformation by owning product strategy for AR, AP, GL, and Fixed Assets and guiding future-state roadmaps across Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle EPM. Drive record-to-report and related finance process transformation, manage product backlog and delivery execution, and translate business needs into epics and user stories. Partner with Finance, Technology, engineering, and vendors to modernize workflows and improve decision-making, while advancing AI-enabled finance automation and governance.

•Drive finance process transformation across close, consolidation, reporting, and operational finance processes.
•Define and champion product vision and strategy for finance systems, including ERP, EPM, and AI-enabled solutions.
•Manage and prioritize the product backlog and translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories.
•Partner across Finance, Technology, engineering, and external vendors; lead workshops and oversee program deliverables, risks, and milestones.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 2+ years with an advanced degree; or 0 years with a PhD).
•8–12+ years of experience in finance transformation, finance systems, ERP/EPM programs, consulting, or enterprise program delivery.
•Strong knowledge of core finance processes (Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, close, consolidation, and reporting).
•Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle EPM solutions, including FCC and ARCS.
•Experience defining or implementing AI and GenAI use cases within Finance (plus proven leadership delivering large-scale transformation programs).
