Lead and evolve secure-by-design enterprise collaboration platforms (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Power Platform) to enable AI-powered productivity while ensuring governance, security, and user experience. Partner with engineering, security, and business teams to translate emerging technologies into scalable, secure collaboration capabilities that deliver measurable business value in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and own secure-by-design enterprise collaboration platforms (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Power Platform).
•Define and maintain collaboration security architecture, governance, and standards.
•Translate enterprise security policies into scalable platform controls.
•Design secure models for external sharing, guest/B2B access, data protection, and meetings.
•Drive adoption of Microsoft 365 security and compliance capabilities (Purview, DLP, sensitivity labels).

Key Requirements

•Strong experience in enterprise collaboration and digital workplace platforms
•Proactive, self-driven technical leader
•Ability to lead change and communicate complex technical and AI-driven concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
•Effective cross-functional collaboration and partnership with security/compliance/legal teams
•Excellent communication, documentation and cross-functional leadership skills
