Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and own secure-by-design enterprise collaboration platforms (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Power Platform).
  • •Define and maintain collaboration security architecture, governance, and standards.
  • •Translate enterprise security policies into scalable platform controls.
  • •Design secure models for external sharing, guest/B2B access, data protection, and meetings.
  • •Drive adoption of Microsoft 365 security and compliance capabilities (Purview, DLP, sensitivity labels).

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience in enterprise collaboration and digital workplace platforms
  • •Proactive, self-driven technical leader
  • •Ability to lead change and communicate complex technical and AI-driven concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • •Effective cross-functional collaboration and partnership with security/compliance/legal teams
  • •Excellent communication, documentation and cross-functional leadership skills
