Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist walk-in and phone customers in selecting required parts and provide price quotes and other information.
  • •Pull parts from stock; if not available, determine availability and submit emergency orders when requested.
  • •Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pickup; verify will call and back order files weekly and return or restock items.
