Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct integrated operations on the platform in close collaboration with the operator, platform contractor, and other third parties; supervise operations per the well activity program.
  • •Coordinate and support Baker Hughes personnel in platform HSE activities, operational planning, and work execution; provide first-line technical support for offshore personnel.
  • •Ensure the project is executed safely, in compliance with regulations, and efficiently.
  • •Act as Baker Hughes point of contact for the client at the well; participate in operational reviews, safety meetings, and morning operations meetings.
  • •Provide timely inputs in the Work Center for Integrated Solutions activities, support DBR reporting, evaluate KPIs, coordinate offshore/onshore staffing and resources, and drive equipment failure investigations and lessons learned.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; extensive experience may compensate for lack of formal education.
  • •More than 8 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry.
  • •Experience as a team lead.
  • •In-depth knowledge of field service operations, installation, and maintenance.
  • •Ability to plan, solve problems, and run complex operations; good communication skills and organizational skills; English written and spoken as a working language.
