Job Summary

Lead continuous improvement at the Ravenswood facility by identifying high-value CI projects, selecting participants, and coordinating CI training. Coach departmental leadership, project sponsors, and shop-floor teams to embed CI into daily operations, support plant-wide execution, and drive problem-solving using visual management and information centers. Develop and implement the CI roadmap, run coordination events, communicate effectively, and support standards, best practices, and change management for sustainable lean transformation.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate assessments of manufacturing areas to identify CI events that yield the greatest improvement and value.
•Develop and deliver CI training applications and coach employees at all levels to engage in CI and waste elimination.
•Support management and execution of site CI initiatives, including plant-wide (major) projects and alignment through regular review meetings and reports.
•Coach and facilitate plant shop-floor teams to improve performance, leverage information centers, create a visual workplace, and solve complex problems.
•Develop and implement the CI roadmap (improvement teams, audits, communication), lead improvement teams, alert on deviations, and help define standards and best practices.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required in a Business, Engineering, or related field.
•2+ years facilitating, coaching, and implementing TPM, Lean Six Sigma/Kaizen and driving lean transformation in a manufacturing environment.
•Six Sigma Green Belt training required; Black Belt certification preferred.
•Proven ability to work independently and successfully drive projects to completion.
•Facilitate cross-functional teams and implement improvements within an established time frame.
