Build and expand a portfolio of business banking clients by creating a strategic acquisition pipeline and driving new loan fundings, deposits, Commercial Card spend, and SBA deals. Manage client coverage through disciplined calling and identification of client objectives, while partnering across the firm to oversee deals from inception to close. Assess risk/return, stay current on banking products and regulations, and use reports and systems to manage pipeline and sales production.

•Pursue latest information and build knowledge of banking products, financial markets, regulations, and business trends in the market.
•Manage risk/return for new and existing clients and self-manage pipeline and sales production using reports, data, and systems.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/finance, accounting, or a related field preferred.
•Minimum 7 years of commercial banking experience preferred, focused on business banking clients.
•Strong knowledge of banking products and services, industry trends, and financial acumen to assess prospect/client needs.
•Formal credit training (Commercial Credit certification or from another bank) or commensurate underwriting experience preferred.
•Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational/time management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities.
