Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a front-line brand ambassador, meeting individual and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations. Build lasting client relationships through styling and fashion expertise, drive cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data. Manage transactions and inventory tasks while keeping the floor and stockroom organized and following retail policies.
