Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and support data solutions, APIs, tools, and processes that enable rapid delivery of business capabilities.
  • •Collaborate with IT application teams, Enterprise architecture, infrastructure, information security, and LOB stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.
  • •Serve as a technical expert for system/application design, performance, integration, and security issues.
  • •Research and develop using current trends in data engineering, architecture, and data security.
  • •Build CI/CD pipelines and self-service build/deployment automation; evaluate and recommend software products and provide escalated on-call support when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems (or equivalent education and experience).
  • •6+ years of related experience, including at least 4 years hands-on software development.
  • •Significant experience with at least one major RDBMS product and relational database modeling concepts.
  • •Experience working with and supporting Unix/Linux and Windows systems.
  • •Knowledge of data engineering/security concepts, distributed computing principles, and working with technologies such as ETL, BI/reporting, data warehousing, messaging, and REST API design (preferred).
