Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the account team to take ownership of customer outcomes across the full lifecycle—from discovery and solution design to deployment, enablement, adoption, and expansion.
  • •Lead discovery conversations to uncover customer objectives, operational pain points, use cases, technical constraints, and success criteria.
  • •Translate business and operational needs into technical requirements, solution designs, and implementation paths, and tailor demonstrations and proof-of-value experiences.
  • •Conduct blockchain investigations and deliver compliance and regulatory guidance, building technical solutions such as notebooks, dashboards, automation workflows, data integrations, and reference architectures.
  • •Drive platform adoption by connecting customer workflows to Chainalysis capabilities, building customer self-sufficiency, and feeding back field insights to Product/Engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •Several years of experience in areas such as compliance, investigations, fraud, cybersecurity, digital assets, transaction monitoring, sales engineering, solutions architecture, or enterprise product management.
  • •Experience making complex technical or operational concepts understandable to technical practitioners, business leaders, and executives.
  • •Strong storytelling, presentation, and written communication skills across technical and executive audiences.
  • •Comfort with technical tools and learning new technologies quickly; experience with Python, SQL, data analysis, notebooks, workflow automation, APIs, integrations, or AI tools is valuable.
  • •A creative, structured, investigative approach, with the ability to operate effectively when requirements are ambiguous or incomplete.
