Serve as a financial concierge for walk-in customers, helping retain and grow consumer and business relationships. You’ll identify customers’ financial goals, recommend appropriate deposit and related banking products, and ensure transactions are processed accurately while balancing daily. Through disciplined follow-up, outbound calling, and referral sourcing, you’ll drive relationship growth and educate customers on deposit options. You’ll also adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
