Business Applications & IT Corporate Senior Manager

Lead EBANX’s internal Business Applications and Corporate IT organization, owning the strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement for SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise applications. Drive governance, availability, performance, security, and business alignment across enterprise platforms. Manage IT operations end-to-end—including network infrastructure, workplace technologies, service/help desk, and asset management—while elevating incident and request management with SLAs, automation, and vendor budgeting and contract oversight.
