Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Sales to guide the structure and execution of Enterprise and Mid-Market deals, optimizing for customer experience, revenue, profitability, and compliance.
•Advise on deal structure, discounting best practices, and commercial terms — and educate Sales to drive deal velocity and repeatable success.
•Evaluate deal financials including margin, payment terms, and cash flow to optimize execution against company targets.
•Mitigate risk by ensuring deals align with company policies and revenue recognition requirements.
•Monitor the Deal Desk support request and quote approval queue, consistently maintaining SLAs with quality output.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 79,432.5 - 133,500 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years in Deal Desk, Finance, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations — or 3+ years in a commercial, financial, or analytical role with exposure to complex deal structures, contract terms, or revenue-impacting decisions.
•Proficiency in SaaS deal construction; able to advise on booking and revenue recognition implications.
•Ability to analyze deal economics and explain commercial levers to Sales.
•Excellent communication and cross-functional partnership skills.
•Strong problem-solving ability with a track record of independently navigating approvals and unblocking non-standard deals.
