Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and drive Nourish’s health plan strategy, defining partnership strategy and leading end-to-end relationships with top health plans.
  • •Build trusted executive networks by developing strategic payer partnerships and advocating for Nourish internally.
  • •Design and close transformative deals, including value-based care models, to expand access and align with Nourish’s growth.
  • •Tell a compelling value story to VP and C-suite audiences, tailoring discussions to each payer’s priorities and challenges.
  • •Translate payer feedback into bold strategic moves across product, clinical, and growth teams, collaborating cross-functionally.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •8–10 years of experience, with a mix of strategy work (e.g. management consulting, business operations) and commercial/go-to-market experience — extra points if you’ve worked directly with health plans
  • •strong commercial mindset and executive presence, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for VP- and C-suite stakeholders
  • •experience leading complex, senior-level client or stakeholder conversations and representing a company externally
  • •ability to design and close transformative deals, including value-based care models, and push beyond status quo contracting
  • •operationally excellent, able to manage a high volume of moving pieces with attention to detail while maintaining momentum
