Lead strategic, cross-functional enterprise banking projects from initiation through implementation and closure. Own project charters, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and executive reporting while managing risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications. Coordinate business units, technology teams, and vendors to deliver business objectives, ensure regulatory alignment, and support testing, training, and business readiness activities.
