Job Summary

Design and prototype AI-native agent solutions for enterprise customers, bridging cutting-edge generative AI research with real-world industrial deployments. Key Responsibilities

•Bridge generative AI research models to real-world industrial applications, solving the “last mile” problem for performant, grounded, integrated agent solutions.
•Design and prototype AI-native agent solutions based on customer requirements, including workflow and system integration and industry-tailored LoRA fine-tuned models.
•Implement production-quality code to integrate AI model APIs across agent frameworks (e.g., ADK, LangChain) with tools such as RAG, vectorDB, and caching/memory components.
•Optimize AI performance for latency, throughput, and cost by improving prompt chains and implementing caching strategies to scale to millions of users.
•Develop evaluation frameworks (LLM-as-a-judge, human-in-the-loop) and guardrails to ensure safe, accurate, and hallucination-free outputs; collaborate cross-functionally with product and algorithm teams.
•Write production-ready integrations of AI model APIs and deliver AI capabilities for compliance-heavy industries like Finance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or above.
•1–2 years of related work experience in an AI-native industry, ideally as a solution architect, product solutions, or forward deployed engineer.
•Deep understanding of public-cloud AI solutions, including LLM applications across verticals such as e-commerce, social & entertainment, and FinTech.
•Strong agentic AI design experience (e.g., Re-Act, Plan and Execute, Multi-Agent, Skills).
•Practical AI infrastructure knowledge, including GPU selection and model inference acceleration frameworks (e.g., vLLM, sglang).
