Job Summary

Drive consumer and business traffic for a network of C-stores and cardlock sites by building store-by-store marketing plans and localized digital campaigns. Own hyperlocal social and channel execution using tools like GasBuddy and Upside, run multi-channel promotions (e.g., SMS and geo-fencing/Waze), and optimize based on store-level performance. Partner with commercial and operations teams, coordinate in-field activation, and travel domestically as needed.

Location: Kansas City, Wichita, Little Rock, Des Moines, Minneapolis, Columbus, Cincinnati, Columbia, Austin, Memphis

Key Responsibilities

•Create tailored site marketing plans based on demographics, traffic patterns, and competitive landscape.
•Coordinate with store managers and regional operations leaders to implement promotions and collect on-the-ground feedback.
•Develop and optimize hyperlocal social media campaigns with location-specific audience segments.
•Manage store visibility and promotions on GasBuddy and execute Upside campaigns, including onboarding new stores.
•Track and optimize multi-channel campaign performance using store-level metrics and iterate on quick-running tests.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•3–5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in multi-location retail, QSR, C-stores, fuel, or local field marketing.
•Experience managing campaigns on GasBuddy, Upside, or similar fuel/offer-driven platforms.
•Ability to develop multi-channel campaigns including billboards, digital channels, and direct mail.
•Familiarity with major oil c-store branded marketing programs.
•Excellent copywriting skills and comfort creating content, with a data-driven mindset to adjust strategies.
