Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide hands-on debug support for power architecture, converter performance, schematic implementation, component selection, PCB layout, thermal behavior, efficiency, transient, ripple, and EMI.
  • •Support Data Center customers with design, validation, and optimization of medium voltage buck regulator solutions for end equipment like servers, storage, and networking.
  • •Deliver heavy on-site customer support in labs and design locations to troubleshoot issues, support bring-up, and accelerate design-in, board validation, and characterization.
  • •Partner with customers’ power, system, and hardware design teams to translate application requirements into effective TI-based solutions.
  • •Develop reference designs and technical collateral (lab data, application notes, testing guidance) and evaluate customer boards to recommend improvements across schematic, layout, component selection, thermal behavior, and robustness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in analog and power design.
  • •Strong knowledge of DC/DC conversion, switching regulators, and buck converter applications.
  • •Experience debugging hardware in lab environments and interpreting switching waveforms, efficiency data, thermal results, and stability behavior.
  • •Ability to work directly with customer engineering teams and provide heavy on-site support as business needs require.
