Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce fill formula for the packaging operation in a safe and quality manner.
  • •Monitor machine parameters and maintain working knowledge of equipment (pipelines, connections, valves, storage).
  • •Maintain cleanliness of process equipment areas, tanks, and transfer lines using required cleaning agents.
  • •Maintain equipment and batch logs following the Global Manufacturing Quality Manual, SOPs, Control Plans, and Work Instructions.
  • •Convert raw materials into finished product, including bulk receiving, cleaning, spill response cleanup, water sampling, inventory, and waste treatment.

Key Requirements

  • •Prior forklift driving experience required.
  • •Prior experience in a chemical mixing role highly preferred.
  • •Computer literacy skills for email, automated batching, inventory systems, and payroll.
  • •Must be able to frequently stand, stoop, bend, reach overhead, walk, climb/work from heights, and lift up to 50 pounds.
