  • •Negotiate liability for comparative negligence and negotiate first- and third-party settlement amounts within authority limits.
  • •Evaluate claims information for regulatory compliance, determine settlement value, and refer to SIU when appropriate.
  • •Gather information from multiple parties (e.g., police reports, recorded/witness statements) and document the complete damage evaluation, investigation, and settlement decision process.

Key Requirements

  • •2 years of customer service experience.

  • •Acquisition and maintenance of an insurance adjuster license within 90 days (3 attempts).
