Key Responsibilities

•Support the development and execution of Fever’s CRM strategy across multiple channels, with a particular focus on email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
•Manage the activation of customer data to deliver personalized, relevant, and engaging communications throughout the customer lifecycle.
•Continuously optimize multi-channel communication plans and retention strategies to improve engagement, customer experience, and revenue generation.
•Work closely with the CRM Manager to define customer lifecycle stages, communication frameworks, and contact strategies across all touchpoints.
•Build, execute, and optimize automated CRM journeys and lifecycle campaigns.

Key Requirements

•2–3+ years of experience in CRM, Digital Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or a related field.
•Experience working in mobile and web environments.
•Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
•Experience using ESP platforms such as Mailchimp, SendGrid, or similar tools.
•Proficiency in HTML.
