Job Summary

Lead the delivery of architectural design and technical outputs across multiple projects, setting technical strategy and overseeing end-to-end quality, timelines, and budget adherence. Drive innovation and sustainability in architecture while ensuring compliance with regulatory codes, safety standards, and environmental guidelines aligned to UK building standards. Mentor technical teams, manage stakeholders and risk, and support project/programme execution including scopes, deliverables, and execution plans.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and implement technical strategies for Architecture aligned with organizational goals.
•Manage end-to-end technical delivery of architectural projects to ensure quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
•Drive adoption of cutting-edge technologies and sustainable practices in architecture.
•Ensure designs meet regulatory codes, safety standards, environmental guidelines, and UK/RIBA requirements.
•Mentor and lead technical teams; collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and clients to deliver integrated solutions while identifying and mitigating technical risks.

Key Requirements

•Chartered-qualified architect (preferred).
•20+ years of experience in the architectural/construction industry.
•Proven experience managing large-scale, complex architectural projects and technical delivery.
•Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and standards.
•Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and other BIM tools.
