Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and lead logistics operations for Air Dominance and Strike products in and out of Arsenal-1, in close partnership with the Site Logistics Team.
  • •Serve as the primary Business Line point of contact for site transportation and logistics strategy and partner with global logistics leadership.
  • •Define transportation requirements and execute carrier strategy across LTL, FTL, expedited, flatbed, air, ocean, and parcel; support 3PL/freight forwarder/last-mile selection and performance.
  • •Design and optimize inbound, intra-company, and outbound distribution flows, routing strategies, and intermodal/intrasite transportation across the Arsenal-1 complex.
  • •Establish KPIs and continuous improvement, implement tools/reporting (TMS, visibility), and manage 24/7 urgent parts coverage plus reverse logistics from customer sites back to Arsenal-1.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (master’s preferred).
  • •8+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
  • •Proven ability to build and scale logistics operations supporting a high-volume manufacturing site.
  • •Experience managing U.S. domestic freight networks (OTR, parcel, LTL/FTL) at scale.
  • •Ability and willingness to travel up to 15% of the time, with strong leadership, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
