Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the technical champion and steward for an assigned class of vehicles through development, integration, delivery, and transition to operations.
•Develop and maintain expertise in mission objectives, operational concepts, interfaces, and system capabilities.
•Partner with Product Management and the Office of the Chief Engineer to align technical execution with program priorities and milestones.
•Advocate across multiple Agile Delivery Teams to ensure required capabilities and integration activities are delivered on schedule.
•Identify technical and integration risks and drive timely resolution while collaborating across engineering organizations and representing the mission area in reviews and customer engagements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in STEM and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
•Experience leading technical execution of complex software-intensive systems or systems-of-systems in a government or defense environment.
•Experience collaborating across multiple engineering disciplines (Systems, Software, Integration & Test, Cyber, Infrastructure, Operations).
•Experience influencing technical direction and resolving complex integration challenges within Agile software development environments.
•Active and transferable U.S. government-issued TS/SCI security clearance is required prior to start date; U.S. citizenship is required.
