Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including customer sales, channel partner, procurement, and technology licensing arrangements.

  • •Identify and assess legal risks, propose practical solutions, and manage external counsel on disputes and specialized matters.

Key Requirements

  • •Law degree and qualification to practice law in at least one EU jurisdiction.
  • •10+ years of legal experience, including training at a reputable international law firm and in-house counsel experience with a multinational corporation.
  • •Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Strong track record advising on commercial transactions, international contracting, and cross-border legal issues.
  • •Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across jurisdictions and functions.
