Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a portfolio of strategic and enterprise accounts, developing account strategies to drive retention and expansion against revenue and growth targets.
  • •Manage the customer relationship across the lifecycle—from onboarding and adoption through renewals and expansion—to ensure satisfaction and predictable revenue.
  • •Build trusted relationships with senior executives and articulate customer value, demonstrating Freshworks’ business value and ROI.
  • •Drive adoption and growth by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities and creating account plans that maximize customer value.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally (Customer Success, Solution Engineering, Marketing, Product, Support) and represent Freshworks with key customers across Singapore while providing account insights and forecasting.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience in mid-market or enterprise segments with a proven record of exceeding revenue goals.
  • •Ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage multiple stakeholders, including enterprise IT and business decision-makers.
  • •Proficiency in solution selling of software platforms (e.g., ITSM, IT infrastructure, EX/CRM/customer engagement solutions) that drive operational efficiency and business impact.
  • •Customer-centric approach with the ability to build cross-functional partnerships and deliver results in a matrixed organization.
  • •Fluency in English (verbal and written) to collaborate with regional and global teams.
