Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the implementation of the long-term technical roadmap for pricing innovation through ML tools and workflows that accelerate end-to-end R&D.
  • •Work closely with researchers to define platform needs from data readiness and feature engineering through model fitting, serving, diagnostics, and monitoring.
  • •Contribute hands-on to platform capabilities including feature pipelines/feature stores, reproducible training and orchestration, model registries/versioning, automated validation, model serving, and production observability.
  • •Automate end-to-end workflows, leveraging LLM technology to enable agentic data science workflow automation.
  • •Orchestrate the software development lifecycle across the team and mentor/grow engineers to ensure reliability, observability, reproducibility, and correctness standards are met.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 164,200 - 240,000

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of software engineering experience delivering production ML platforms and large-scale data processing systems.
  • •Hands-on experience building core ML platform capabilities such as feature pipelines/feature stores, training orchestration, model registries/versioning, validation, or model serving.
  • •Strong system design and distributed systems fundamentals for reliable, scalable production services and data pipelines.
  • •Experience operating the ML lifecycle (training, evaluation, deployment, and production operations) with requirements around reliability, observability, reproducibility, and correctness.
  • •Ability to break down ambiguous technical initiatives, manage dependencies, and drive delivery across multiple engineers; work closely with Data Scientists/researchers.
