Job Summary

Own the strategy and delivery of finance technology solutions for Snowflake’s enterprise ecosystem, focusing on Workday Financials, integrations, and automation. Partner with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Engineering and Business Systems to design scalable, compliant solutions, drive AI-enabled capabilities, ensure SOX/compliance, and optimize data flows across Workday, SaaS apps, and Snowflake.

Job Function: Product Management

Key Responsibilities

•Own the Automation and AI product strategy, roadmap prioritization, stakeholder management, and business outcomes in Finance and Accounting space
•Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Finance technology solutions across Workday Financials, related SaaS applications, and custom-built platforms; translate complex requirements into scalable, automated, and compliant system capabilities; manage hands-on configuration and support of Workday Financials (Procurement, Intercompany, Consolidations, Period Close, Accruals, Reconciliations, Security)
•Ensure Finance systems maintain high security, governance, and compliance; administer security roles and access controls; support SOX compliance and collaborate with Internal Audit and Compliance teams
•Drive the architecture, implementation, and support of integrations across Finance systems and data platforms; handle Data movement across enterprise systems including Snowflake; utilize Workday EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, REST and SOAP APIs
•Own end-to-end solution delivery (requirements, design, testing, deployment, post-production); lead testing efforts and maintain documentation to ensure scalable, secure, and audit-ready solutions

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 184,000 - 241,500 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in Finance Systems, Enterprise Applications, Product Management, or related roles supporting Finance and Accounting in a large-scale enterprise
•Hands-on Workday Finance configurations and administration experience
•Workday Reporting and Integrations experience (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio) with REST/SOAP APIs
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
•Solid understanding of GAAP accounting principles and core Finance operations, with ability to partner with Accounting, Finance, and FP&A teams
