Job Summary

Provide local “smart hands” IT support for endpoint computing and site infrastructure, supporting devices and software throughout their lifecycle. Handle on-call site support, manage incident/change/problem work using ITIL processes, and ensure SOX controls compliance. Own and resolve IT tickets end-to-end, troubleshoot issues across computers, servers, networks, and telecom, maintain accurate asset/software/license inventory, install and upgrade hardware/software, and deliver training to users and management.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and support endpoint devices (laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, thin clients) including provisioning, refresh, asset management, and decommission.
•Provide local “smart hands” on-call support and handle IT issues through to resolution.
•Follow ITIL processes for change, incident, and problem management.
•Comply with and execute SOX controls.
•Maintain accurate IT equipment/software/license inventory, install/upgrade/replace approved hardware and software, and deliver user training.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent required.
•Information technology courses or certifications required.
•A bachelor’s degree in business or technology field preferred.
•3+ years related experience, including routine software installations/updates and troubleshooting computer, server, network, and telecommunication systems.
•Understanding of information systems environments and systems (e.g., Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and function-specific software).
