Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare monthly, quarterly, and other reporting materials, including Actual/Forecast analyses and budget materials, coordinating data from other divisions.
  • •Analyze income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow variances, researching and summarizing key drivers for decision-making.
  • •Develop long-term financial plans, strategic projections, and scenario analyses to evaluate performance.
  • •Support finance transformation and reporting enhancement initiatives, including planning system improvements, automation opportunities, and process standardization.
  • •Create investor, ratings agency, lender, and executive-facing presentations and support ad hoc analyses requested by leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of related work experience, with Corporate FP&A experience preferred.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting (MBA is a plus).
  • •Strong financial planning & analysis, accounting, reporting, and financial systems expertise, including ability to build models and develop recommendations.
  • •Advanced Excel modeling skills, including income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, and scenario/sensitivity analysis.
  • •Advanced Excel proficiency plus experience with Power BI, Power Query, Hyperion (HFM), SmartView, Essbase, Alteryx, Inforiver, or similar reporting systems preferred.
