Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform industrial manufacturing mechanical system work including layout, relocation, installation, maintenance, and repair of facilities, machinery, and equipment.
  • •Assist engineers and project managers on future plant/department layout proposals and Kaizens, and physically prepare the facility for related activities.
  • •Coordinate with building and grounds contractors as needed and partner with HR and EHS for miscellaneous activities.
  • •Troubleshoot manufacturing problems and determine the most efficient methods to repair production lines and equipment.
  • •Develop and implement improvements to manufacturing/front-end procedures using improved layout, material handling, and work processes, including implementing MESH tools to drive improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 2 years of industrial/facilities maintenance experience or related experience.
  • •Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems down to the component level.
  • •Troubleshoot mechanical, control, hydraulic, fluid, and electrical systems for efficient repair of production lines and equipment.
