Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform table maintenance duties and complete opening/running/closing responsibilities per service standards.
  • •Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and polite manner while maintaining line of sight/atmosphere by circulating through the work area.
  • •Keep the floor neat, clean, and free of food and trash throughout the shift, including cleaning spills promptly and using floor signs to caution guests and staff.
  • •Dispose of trash and recyclables properly and keep stations stocked and lines cleaned and to par.
  • •Follow standard operating procedures and private party service guidelines; stay informed on menu items and assist other employees as needed, including occasional special events.
