Support fast-paced, high-volume event service by performing table maintenance and opening/running/closing duties according to venue standards. Circulate to maintain atmosphere and line of sight, respond to guest requests politely, keep the floor clean and obstacle-free, and manage spills and trash properly. Stock and clean lines to par, follow SOPs and menu knowledge, assist other team members, and occasionally work special events.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform table maintenance duties and complete opening/running/closing responsibilities per service standards.
•Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and polite manner while maintaining line of sight/atmosphere by circulating through the work area.
•Keep the floor neat, clean, and free of food and trash throughout the shift, including cleaning spills promptly and using floor signs to caution guests and staff.
•Dispose of trash and recyclables properly and keep stations stocked and lines cleaned and to par.
•Follow standard operating procedures and private party service guidelines; stay informed on menu items and assist other employees as needed, including occasional special events.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15.97 - 18 hourly
