Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Austrian market strategy and execution, driving significant growth across enterprise customers.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop the Austrian sales team, including hiring, onboarding, and continuous professional development.
  • •Orchestrate alignment across Sales Engineering, Business Value Consulting, Product Advisory, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success.
  • •Apply MEDDPICC, value-based selling, and Pain Chains to lead complex deal negotiations and expand deal sizes.
  • •Monitor and manage regional KPIs, implement effective sales processes, and ensure accurate forecasting and operational excellence.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience building and managing high-performing sales teams and scaling country operations.
  • •Significant experience in direct and channel selling to Enterprise and Strategic Accounts.
  • •Proven track record closing six- and seven-figure TCV software licensing deals and managing complex enterprise engagements.
  • •Expertise in disciplined pipeline generation and management, accurate sales forecasting, and overachieving targets.
  • •Fluent in German and English; ability to effectively use CRM systems (Salesforce).
