Job Summary

Design and deliver Salesforce solutions focused on customer-facing digital experiences, including portals, self-service capabilities, engagement journeys, and cross-Salesforce interactions. Partner with the Salesforce Enterprise Architect to evaluate requirements and trade-offs, and ensure scalable implementations with minimal technical debt. Work with business users, UX teams, product owners, and vendors to prototype, document, configure, test, and deploy CRM components while coordinating backlog and story definition.

Key Responsibilities

•Research how business units use Salesforce and recommend steps/roadmaps for Salesforce solutions.
•Design scalable customer digital experiences using Salesforce Experience Cloud, Customer Portals, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and AI capabilities.
•Collaborate with business users, Sales Operation/Commercial Excellence teams, UX teams, and product owners to enhance customer engagement and self-service adoption.
•Lead solution design and implementation, including configuration/development, quality assurance testing, and deployment of CRM solutions.
•Document specifications and system design, refine the Salesforce product backlog, write user stories, and facilitate communication via email, JIRA, and Microsoft Teams.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem.
•Experience designing customer-facing digital platforms and self-service portals.
•Strong knowledge of customer digital experience (CDX) principles.
•Sales Cloud certification required; Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud certifications preferred.
•Proficiency with relational databases and the ability to communicate, document, and lead solution delivery work streams.
