Key Requirements

  • •PhD candidate in an accredited engineering or computer science program with emphasis on AI, including topics such as federated learning, image classification, or multiscale attention for object detection and computer vision.
  • •Minimum 3.0 GPA and a proven track record of academic success.
  • •Research/coursework on explainability tools.
  • •Experience in data engineering and preparation, including feature engineering, data imbalance, and noisy datasets.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including a strong grasp of linear algebra, statistics, and probability, plus skills in Python, C++, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and OpenCV; familiarity with Git and MLOps concepts.
