Job Summary

Supervise daily maintenance and ensure reliable operation of AVL systems across assigned rides and attractions. Provide technical leadership to senior technicians and technicians, allocate and prioritize work orders, monitor ride uptime, and escalate major faults. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance execution per SOPs, maintain accurate CMMS records, lead troubleshooting for show control, projection, audio, lighting, special effects, animatronics, and AVL networking, and support training and safety practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise technicians and senior technicians during assigned shifts, including work order allocation and task prioritization.
•Monitor ride uptime and ensure timely response to technical issues; escalate major faults or systemic risks to Assistant Manager/Manager.
•Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance tasks are completed per SOPs and maintenance plans, verifying work quality and accurate CMMS closure.
•Provide advanced troubleshooting and lead fault diagnostics for show control, projection, audio, lighting, special effects, animatronics, and AVL network systems.
•Conduct shift handovers, maintain technical documentation/system records, and support onboarding and technical training of new team members while enforcing safety procedures and PPE use.

Key Requirements

•Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.
•5–7 years of AVL technical experience.
•Minimum 1–2 years in a senior technician or supervisory role.
•Proficiency in at least one professional show control platform and strong troubleshooting/fault diagnosis capability.
•Experience with CMMS platforms (e.g., Maximo or equivalent) for work order management and maintenance tracking.
