Key Responsibilities

•Lead complex cross-functional strategic initiatives across multiple departments, ensuring risks are mitigated and milestones are met.
•Ensure execution alignment across functions by bridging gaps and resolving misalignments for seamless delivery.
•Own performance tracking and executive narratives by maintaining a single source of truth and explaining business trends to senior leaders.
•Lead the process of defining targets for the QC team, ensuring targets are ambitious, realistic, and strategically aligned with regional goals.
•Drive data-driven analysis to identify problems, derive actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making with strong narratives.

Key Requirements

•6-9 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (ideally Consulting, Tech, or Corporate Strategy), with autonomy and an understanding of the “why” behind business drivers.
•Structure complex problems with strategic thinking and sound business judgment to identify solutions and build compelling narratives for decision making.
•Demonstrate execution and delivery discipline as a “finisher,” managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery of strategic workstreams.
•Use data-driven deep-dive analysis to derive actionable insights, propose structural solutions, and guide SLT strategic choices.
•Coordinate across teams and manage senior stakeholders with influence, negotiation, and consensus-building skills.
