•Drive performance metrics including sales, consumer service, and charms.
•Apply analytical thinking and company reporting to find store opportunities and enable strategic decisions.
•Oversee visual presentation, product flow, replenishment, and operational standards across the store.
•Support daily retail operations including POS system use, stock replenishment, pricing/markdown processes, loyalty programs, and asset protection compliance.

Key Requirements

•Must be 18 years or older.
•3–4 years of total retail experience, with preference for previous Store Manager experience.
•Proven leadership skills with ability to challenge, empower, and drive team results.
