Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out welding tasks (carbon steel, stainless steel, chromoly) using MMAW, GTAW, FCAW per ticket requirements.
  • •Perform pipe welding with Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Chromoly in a heavy industry setting.
  • •Contribute to proven maintenance activities in heavy industry environments during shutdown/turnaround.
  • •Support and execute shutdown/T&I activities for the FCCU turnaround.
  • •Maintain safety and comply with required safety tickets (Working at Heights, Confined Space) and Wood medical processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Welding tickets 4, 5 and 7 (desirable)
  • •Pipe welding - Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Chromoly, MMAW, GTAW, FCAW experience required
  • •Proven maintenance experience in heavy industry environments
  • •Previous Shutdown/T&I experience is a definite advantage
  • •Trade qualified and working within a heavy industry environment for at least 5 years
