Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and evolve the leadership development framework and curriculum across leadership levels, partnering with the Director to translate business priorities into program decisions.
  • •Build and run interventions that drive behavioral change using digital, blended, and experiential methodologies.
  • •Own training needs analysis for the leadership pillar by identifying capability gaps directly with business leaders and prioritizing by impact and urgency.
  • •Personally deliver leadership training sessions and coach business leaders as part of the coaching culture, including standards and coach selection criteria.
  • •Build leadership development capability within HR Business Partners and line managers, and manage external facilitators, content providers, and assessment tools when specialist delivery is required.

Key Requirements

  • •8-10+ years in leadership, management, or executive development, with experience designing and personally delivering enterprise-wide interventions in large organizations.
  • •Experience owning training needs analysis or capability gap assessments is strongly preferred.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •Master’s degree or relevant advanced HR certification (CIPD, ATD, SHRM) preferred.
  • •Strong facilitation and instructional design skills, with confidence presenting to and influencing senior audiences directly.
