Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team to use next-generation defect detection equipment and processes to identify and solve issues.
  • •Mentor your team to analyze experimental process flows, identify defect anomalies, and quarantine out-of-control process tools.
  • •Build continuous improvement processes and improve inspection operations to make measurable impact.
  • •Develop inspection technology roadmaps and manage projects across internal and functional areas to meet future inspection needs.
  • •Direct the team to recognize, identify, and raise awareness of process anomalies; develop and communicate health metrics to set program priorities.

Key Requirements

  • •PhD or Masters in Applied Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Microelectronics, or Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
  • •6–8 years of RDA experience in the semiconductor industry in process development for equipment/applications.
  • •6–8 years of experience in RDA defect, semiconductor optical and electron beam inspection methods, including e-beam technologies.
  • •Experience with tools such as KLA and AMAT.
  • •Demonstrated ability to mentor, innovate, and drive effective change, with strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.
