Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and validate data for the monthly payroll process, including employee portal information (absences, vacations, fiscal status, timesheets).
  • •Manage complex payroll processing and financial reconciliation to ensure accurate, timely payment of regular and one-off compensation.
  • •Define and manage annual and monthly payroll calendars, including timesheets, holiday allowance schedules, and salary transfers.
  • •Create, maintain, and update employee records in ERP/HR systems and validate, collect, and archive required documentation.
  • •Ensure social security communications and statutory compliance, including mandatory annual legal surveys and required data updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Academic degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • •Sound experience in payroll processing and HR administration, executing HR workflows and procedures.
  • •Practical knowledge of Primavera ERP and Workday is strongly preferred.
  • •Strong domain knowledge of HR administration, data management, and Portuguese Labor Law / Social Security compliance.
  • •Fluent in Portuguese and English, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential data.
