Key Responsibilities

  • •Design end-to-end Copilot architectures focused on readiness, security, and extensibility using Purview and Entra ID.
  • •Act as the technical and functional lead on Copilot projects, ensuring coherence between business value/ROI and technical implementation/governance.
  • •Design and guide the extensibility of Copilot through Copilot Studio, building custom copilots/plugins and integrating with LOB apps using Graph API and Power Platform.
  • •Take the driver’s seat for Copilot deployment execution, define prerequisites, manage security/compliance remediation, and guide user enablement plans.
  • •Champion Copilot Governance and Change Management to drive user adoption and measure ROI via Copilot Dashboard Analytics.

Key Requirements

  • •Master's degree (Engineering or equivalent) in IT, Computer Science, or Business.
  • •X+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Consulting, and managing large-scale M365 implementation projects (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Security/Purview, Power Platform).
  • •Deep understanding and hands-on experience with the Microsoft 365 platform, including Purview and Entra ID (Identity, Conditional Access, Permissions Hygiene).
  • •Experience with Copilot Extensibility: Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft Graph API.
  • •Fluent in English; Dutch or French (preferably both) to interact with clients and stakeholders.
