Scale TikTok Shop’s Books category by acquiring and incubating enterprise merchants and driving topline revenue growth for the US Commerce business. Partner with cross-functional teams to solve growth challenges, develop collaborative merchant models, and allocate platform resources effectively. Provide consultative support across content, operations, creator/affiliate/agency partnerships, merchandising, and logistics, while keeping active sellers updated on new product developments and promotions.

Key Responsibilities

•Acquire and incubate merchants to support category growth
•Develop and invest in collaborative merchant models aligned to short- and long-term plans
•Partner cross-functionally to solve key business growth challenges
•Offer consultative solutions covering content, operations, creator/affiliate/agency partnerships, merchandising, and logistics
•Update active sellers on TikTok Shop product developments and new promotional opportunities

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in e-commerce with mixed platform and brand/merchant experience
•Track record of delivering and exceeding sales, GMV, or other commercial goals
•Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
•Ability to collaborate effectively and adapt quickly as the business changes
•Preferred: familiarity with TikTok and content-based e-commerce
•Preferred: strong connections with brands and distributors
