Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end R2R operations across multiple entities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and successful month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
  • •Oversee balance sheet integrity by reviewing journals, reconciliations, provisions, accruals, and high-risk accounting areas.
  • •Ensure adherence to IFRS, internal controls, tax regulations, audit requirements, and Group reporting standards across markets.
  • •Act as the escalation point for complex accounting issues, operational risks, reconciliation challenges, and service delivery matters.
  • •Lead, develop, and mentor Process Managers and Associate Managers; drive process standardization, ERP enhancements, automation, and continuous improvement to raise efficiency and service quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce, with a professional qualification such as CPA, CMA, or IFRS certification.
  • •12+ years of experience in Finance and Record to Report operations in complex, high-volume, multi-entity organizations.
  • •Proven leadership experience managing large R2R teams and shared services across business units or countries.
  • •Strong technical expertise in IFRS, financial reporting, balance sheet management, and accounting governance.
  • •Advanced proficiency in SAP (or other enterprise ERP) plus strong MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills; Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
