Job Summary

Provide preventative care and diagnostic services to patients in their homes, including phlebotomy, specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, and ECGs. Ensure proper supplies and PPE, use mobile technology to access schedules and coordinate care via HIPAA-secure messaging, and manage/lable specimens for lab drop-off. Operate autonomously with a strong focus on professionalism, confidentiality, compassion, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure you have the proper supplies and PPE for the day’s patients.
•Use modern technology to access your schedule and commute to each patient’s home.
•Connect with patients, collect relevant information, and perform in-home services comfortably.
•Deliver patient-centric, diagnostic, low acuity care including phlebotomy and specimen-related services.
•Label collected samples properly and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 28 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous venipuncture experience with professionalism, integrity, accountability, confidentiality, and compassion to deliver high-quality care.
•Technologically savvy; comfortable using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA secure messaging apps for care coordination.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to work independently or in a team environment with minimal supervision.
•Reliable transportation and ability to physically access patient homes, including climbing stairs and carrying up to 20 pounds.
•Hold required state licensure/proof of training and certifications such as Basic Life Support, plus a valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance.
